I tried browsing the site on my phone it was really annoying. The menus felt super clunky, pages didn’t load very smoothly, and I kept having to go back just to find basic info. Maybe it’s way better on a desktop, but on mobile it was a bad experience for me.

I mean, the shoes looked really nice online, so I was excited to get them, but once they showed up, they just kind of felt cheap in person. Like, they looked okay at first, but after barely wearing them, they already started scuffing, which was disappointing.

I ordered my usual size and they fit just right, which feels like a small win because shoe sizing can be weird sometimes. I was expecting to have to break them in for a few days, but nope, they were comfortable pretty much straight away.
I wore them around at work all day and my feet were still fine by the end, which is not always the case for me. No heel rubbing, no cramped toes, nothing annoying like that. I even forgot I had new shoes on, which is probably the best compliment I can give them.

I had to return an item and it went fine. The process was simple, which was nice, though I was kind of expecting it to be more annoying. Not exactly exciting, but it worked out without much hassle...

I looked through the styles most of them just felt a bit outdated to me. Nothing really grabbed my attention, nothing really made me think, “Yeah, I’d wear that.” There just wasn’t much that stood out.

But the parcel showed up within a couple of days, packed properly, and the updates were straightforward. The tracking was easy to follow too, which definitely made me feel better about it.

Really happy with how fast everything arrived. I’d definitely order again, even just based on how smooth the delivery was.
